QRZ HA FF

The HA FF award program as a member of the world-wide WFF programme wants to draw attention to the importance of protecting nature, flora and fauna. Amateur radio operators set up and operate their radio stations from these areas to reach this noble goal.

The movement was started in 2008 by the World Flora Fauna Foundation (WFF) and the Russian Robinson Club (RRC). The Hungarian radioamateurs joined in 2009 with the activities carried out under the special callsign HG0WFF operated by the Regionális Rádiós Sportklub of Puspokladany.

In order to obtain the official WFF award, the HA FF Award or any affiliated national award of the programme, you only need to make radio contacts with stations operating from the national parks and natural reserves listed in the official list of the WFF programme and request the award from the issuing society.

The QRZ HA FF web page will provide all details about the Hungarian programme, and the already completed and planned operations from HA FF areas. Your ideas, questions and suggestions are welcome either via email to the editors or in the forum where members of the HA FF community can react upon them.
